Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong size, or damaged items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Items altered or cleaned, or without original packaging.

3. Return Process

  • Contact customer support at kali.shoe.agra@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.
  • The customer is responsible for safe packaging during return shipment.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or style are subject to stock availability.
  • Contact customer support for exchange requests.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact customer support immediately with photos of the product.
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.

7. Important Notes

  • Keep the proof of purchase and shipment tracking until the return/refund is completed.
  • Returns made without prior approval from customer support may not be accepted.
